We strive to ensure that every customer enjoys their experience with Gain Station. In case you encounter any issues with your purchase, we offer the following:

1. Product Dispensed Incorrectly or Malfunction:
    
   • If your protein shake was not dispensed correctly (e.g., wrong flavor, damaged product, or no product dispensed), please contact us immediately.
      
   • Provide your receipt (digital or printed) and details of the incident (e.g., the time of purchase, location of the vending machine).
      
   • You may request a refund to your original payment method or a replacement shake.
      

1. Vending Machine Malfunction:
    
   • If the machine itself malfunctioned (e.g., error message, payment not processed), please reach out to our customer service team within 24 hours of your purchase.
      
   • Refunds for machine malfunction will be issued through the same payment method you used for the transaction, or a store credit can be provided if preferred.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of protein shakes purchased from our vending machines. Once the product is dispensed, it cannot be returned.

However, we will gladly offer the following options if you experience any issues with the product:
